COOKING METHOD
- Mix Aasan Butter Chicken Mix, lemon juice, Ginger paste, Garlic paste in half cup of water and apply to the meat cubes. Marinate for 1 – 2 hours.
- Separately: Heat oil/ghee and add the marinated meat. Stir fry for about 5 minutes.
- Add the tomato paste and fry for 1-2 minutes. Cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes or until meat is tender and curry thickens.
- Now add Cashew powder cook for a while, add fresh cream and butter. Cook for a minute, remove from heat.
- Delicious Butter Chicken is ready. Serve hot with naan/boiled rice.
