COOKING METHOD
- Heat oil/ghee/butter and fry onion for 10 minutes.
- Then add mince, ginger garlic and Aasan Qeema spice mix and fry for 15 minutes.
- Now add 1-2 cup water and cook covered on lower flame for 15-20 minutes or till mince tenderized.
- Add green chilies and fry till oil comes out.
- Garnish with chopped green coriander and lemon juice serve with naan or chapatti.
