All-purpose seasoning for Fruit & Vegetable salads

COOKING METHOD

  1. Take Chickpeas and boil in 10 cups water for 2 hours, then add 1 teaspoon baking soda and boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Combine tamarind paste, lemon juice, dates pulp, Aasan Chaat Masala and blend well. Add chickpeas and fruits. Mix well and serve.

Chickpeas 200g / 1 cup
Potatoes peeled, boiled and cubed 3 cups
Guava diced 1 cup
Grapes 1 cup
Mango peeled and diced 1 cup
Apple diced 1 cup
Banana peeled and diced 1 cup
Pomegranate Seeds ½ cup
Tamarind Paste ½ cup
Lemon Juice 3-6 tablespoons
Dates soaked in water for 1 hour then make pulp 2-3 pcs
Aasan Chaat Masala 4-5 tablespoons
