COOKING METHOD

  1. Mix all the above ingredients except oil and knead well. Set aside and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Make thin flat kabab / patties with wet hands and paste a slice of tomato on one side. Shallow fry until crisp brown on both sides.
  3. Serve hot with fresh salad and Tamarind / Green Chutney.

Onion very finely diced 1 medium
Green Chilies finely chopped 4-6 medium
Ginger Paste 1 tablespoon
Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
Fresh Cilantro chopped 3 tablespoons
Egg whisked 1 pc
Cooking Oil for shallow frying 200-300ml / 1½-2 cups
