COOKING METHOD
- Apply ginger, garlic and Aasan Kaleji spice mix on liver cubes and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat oil/ghee/butter add liver cubes, stir fry on low heat until tender (about 10-15 minutes).
- Garnish with green coriander and sprinkle lemon juice and serve with bun or bread.
