COOKING METHOD

  1. Mix meat with lentil, onions, ginger, garlic and Aasan Shami Kabab Mix in 4-5 glasses of water and bring to boil.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender and water evaporates.
  3. Remove and grind the meat mixture coarsely. Add green masala (if used), eggs and knead well.
  4. Make about 20 round flat patties.
  5. Heat Oil / Ghee in frying pan and fry the kebab evenly on both sides until crispy golden.

Meat boneless small cubes 1 kg / 2.2 lbs
Daal Chana / Split Yellow Lentils 250 g / 1 cup
Onions chopped 250 g / 3 medium
Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
Ginger Paste 1 tablespoon
Eggs whisked 1-2 pieces
Cooking Oil / Ghee for frying As per need
Aasan Shami Kabab Mix 1 bag only

Onions finely chopped 2 medium
Green Chilli finely chopped 5-6 pieces
Green Coriander Leaves finely chopped 4-5 tablespoons
Fresh Mint Leaves finely chopped 4-5 tablespoons
