COOKING METHOD
- Mix meat with lentil, onions, ginger, garlic and Aasan Shami Kabab Mix in 4-5 glasses of water and bring to boil.
- Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender and water evaporates.
- Remove and grind the meat mixture coarsely. Add green masala (if used), eggs and knead well.
- Make about 20 round flat patties.
- Heat Oil / Ghee in frying pan and fry the kebab evenly on both sides until crispy golden.
