COOKING METHOD
- In 1 ½ cup of water add meat, onion, ginger, garlic and 1 tbsp Aasan Curry powder and cook on low heat for 40 minutes. Mix well with spoon.
- Add tomatoes and cook until water is dried. Add oil/ghee, potatoes and 2 tbsp Aasan Curry powder and fry well until oil separates.
- Now add 1 ½ cup of water, cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
- Add green chillies, fresh coriander and remove.
- Serve with salad and Naan or Roti.
