COOKING METHOD

  1. Fry onions in hot oil until golden.
  2. Add curry leaves, garlic paste, yogurt and Aasan Fish curry mix. Stir fry for few minutes.
  3. Add fish/prawns stir fry for 5 minutes. Add ½ -1 cup water if desired. Simmer on low heat until fish is tender.
  4. Delicious Fish curry is ready. Serve with boiled rice.
