COOKING METHOD

  1. Heat oil/ghee/butter and fry onion for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add mince, ginger garlic and Aasan Qeema spice mix and fry for 15 minutes.
  3. Now add 1-2 cup water and cook covered on lower flame for 15-20 minutes or till mince tenderized.
  4. Add green chilies and fry till oil comes out.
  5. Garnish with chopped green coriander and lemon juice serve with naan or chapatti.
