SHAMI KABAB

COOKING METHOD

  1. Mix meat with lentil, onions, ginger, garlic and Aasan Shami Kabab Mix in 4-5 glasses of water and bring to boil.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender and water evaporates.
  3. Remove and grind the meat mixture coarsely. Add green masala (if used), eggs and knead well.
  4. Make about 20 round flat patties.
  5. Heat Oil / Ghee in frying pan and fry the kebab evenly on both sides until crispy golden.
